Here at The Phoenix Real Estate Guy, we take our business very seriously. While we have learned that there are a million ways to run a successful real estate business, we have found that the true lifeblood of our business is the people who know and trust us to look out for their very best interest. Most of these people have worked with us in the past or have been referred to us by someone who has. BUT, we also know that people, many people, are looking for their next real estate agent online.
We are fortunate to be able to say that many buyers and sellers come to us from a referral partner known as Google. Yes, between our Phoenix Real Estate Guy web site and some of the other web sites we own, we have a chance to meet a LOT of people. Most of these people contact us because we helped them learn more about the real estate process or have educated them on what it is like to live in a certain community or to live a certain lifestyle. Yes, the internet can be a powerful tool for attracting people looking to buy or sell a home in a specific part of town or to live a specific lifestyle.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking to add like-minded agents who also want to help people learn more about living in the Metro Phoenix area. We want to work with real estate agents who would like to join us in using the internet and our tools / systems as a way to explain the benefits and lifestyle of specific areas and neighborhoods. If you are a real estate agent who has heard countless gurus tell you to set up a few social media profiles and write one or two blog posts and people will begin sending you commission checks, you are not alone. Unfortunately, you probably quickly learned that there is no magic bullet to generating real estate business online.
Online lead generation can be expensive, and it can be ineffective if not done correctly. We have been using the web for many years, and we LOVE what we do. If you are a REALTOR who understands that farming and prospecting for business is actually work, and you are willing to learn how to run an effective web-based real estate business, we would love to talk to you. We have very specific and very effective ways for you to be found as an expert in your field, and we are considering adding talented and like-minded agents to our team. Please note: Taking a class from a title rep or an “expert” who has zero experience in actually running a business that has ever generated a successful closing from their efforts does NOT count. Yes, we can and will train people to a certain extent, but you should have a knowledge and understanding of what we do and how we generate business via our web sites and social channels.
