Marlborough Mesa was built in stages between 1979 and 1987. Consisting of just under 500 homes, this community is located on the Southeast corner of Guadalupe and Alma School Roads next to the Western Canal.

The canal adds close access to over 30 miles of trails going from Gilbert to South Mountain

My favorite thing about Marlboro Mesa is the community. That is what makes Marlborough Mesa such a great place to call home. This community is unique. You will see more community activities here than in most other communities. During Halloween, they will shut down roads and neighbors gather in their driveways to great trick-or-treaters. Come New Years Eve, many of the roads will shut down and the kids and families will gather around fire pits in the middle of the road to celebrate together.

Marlboro Mesa is less than two miles away from the 101 and the 60 freeways and walking distance to Dobson High School.

If you are dive bar fan, you are going to love having Pub n’ Grub, known to some as “The Cold Beer Store” – right on the corner of your neighborhood. This dive bar serves good bar food and some ice-cold beer.

You will also find a great park at the entrance of this friendly community.
