Here are the winners of the drawing for two free passes (one pass each!) to Inman Real Estate Connect SF 2009.
Congrats to the winners!
For the record, I’ve decided that while these contests are fun, they sort of suck too. You wind up disappointing a LOT more people than you make happy.
Such is life I suppose”¦.
First off, thanks to Jay for being such a great guy and making this even more fun for these 2 lucky people!
Congrats to both the winners!
Email me, or send me a DM on twitter with your contact info (name, email, address, phone) and we'll get you all registered.

Congrats to the lucky two… I must say that I am very disappointed… Not about the registration to Inman as I have already won that for myself and Mary has a "pass" which doesn't cover Blogger's Connect but at least gets her there, but about the stylish T-Shirt.
I was looking forward to adding this highly coveted item to my collection (and also being able to delay having to do laundry for yet another day).
Thanks again for sharing the wealth and congrats to the two lucky winners I'll see them and you at ICSF in August!

Jay-
Don't feel bad about the people who didn't win including myself.
In my life, I have won the following and will always consider myself lucky for that:
1. A Flintstone's cereal blue mini-frisbee. Won it when I was around 8 years old. Can't remember if it was mailed to me or I won it in the box.
2. A baby garter snake at a Boy Scouts Jamboree (okay, I have to admit it, I didn't 'win' the raffle here. I paid off one of the other Scouts $2 for it and told my mom I "won" it so she couldn't argue with my having it).
3. A large purple 'Welch'" grape juice bear. I put in numerous entries including my sister's name so I wouldn't be disqualified. She actually won it and kept it, much to my disappointment. So, I won but also lost.
4. Won 4 plastic toy dinosaurs (about 2 inches high) in 3rd or 4th grade – wrote a spin-off of Rumpelstiltskin. It was a good story and worth it!
5. Won a Casa Grande Duathlon coffee mug for placing in my age category for the duathlon there. Though I have yet to drink coffee in it, I love that cup!
6. Okay, I won the IT Excellence Award at Intel – normally, I don't boast about that but the trip to The Ritz in Laguna Niguel was pretty cool! Of course, I worked hard for that one.
So, hey, if I can't include the tickets here as an accolade, I can live with that. Wouldn't it be cool though if there were runner-up prizes of the shirt to a few (good way to intro another contest for the losers!).

I guess I'm just a loser with a L. I never win anything, and there goes my good night sleep. Just kidding! It's all fun. Grats to the winners.

When I first got Jay's e-mail at 4 something this morning, I realized I'm a very lucky man. Sorry to all that didn't win, but I'll take great notes and promise to share them with anyone that asks.
Jay – You are the bomb! People like you are the gold-standard of what this business can be!

Jay,
Great job on a good contest. Congratulations to both the winners. Should be a great event.
Hi Jay!
I have never won anything before in my life!! This is really exciting. I really wish I could attend the conference as it would be a great networking event and I could learn a ton but I have my broker licensing course starting the 17th of August and I have to complete a 30 hour accounting primer prior to starting.
Thanks so much for the opportunity and I hope to be able to go to future events like this and meet you.
I should have considered this before entering but I didn't even think about it until I actually won!
You should have another draw to find someone that can benefit from it. Goodluck to everyone!
Scott
Great contest Jay! Congratulations to the winners!
