The neighborhood consists of 198 single story homes and 55 multiple story homes that were built between 1997 and 2000. The community has several greenbelts, playgrounds with playground equipment, ramadas and basketball courts.

Favorite Local Establishments – One of my favorite places to get a breakfast burrito is right around at the corner. Los Favoritos Taco Shop is located at Cooper and Ray, check it out.  Just a mile up the street at Cooper and Warner is the House of Brews where they have dozens and dozens of the best micro beers on tap.
