Trying a slightly different take (for us) on the single-listing web site.
Call it more a single-listing blog.
Still needs some work, but I like the Neoclassical WordPress theme from the ever-brilliant Chris Pearson. The random rotating header graphics are cool, and I find the minimalist layout and typography appealing.
It’s also my first venture into WordPress v2.5.
.
Very nice!
Excellent, Jay. The photo gallery is dynamite. On a separate note, I downloaded and installed WP 2.5 on a local system yesterday, and surprisingly, it doesn't break as many plugins (if any), as I thought it might.
Love what you've done with the single-listing site! I'm a big fan of that strategy for real estate sales, and I guess maybe I'm also a bit partial whenever I see one of my themes in use 😉
Very nice- Are you going to add a sign rider with the web address? With the blog format there is so much more functionality and features than the static- noninteractive web listing. Ok love it- great idea.
I like it. I'm thinking of going that route. Jay have you upgraded to 2.5 yet?
We haven't yet. After my last experience upgrading I'm more than a bit nervous. Right now my site is down due to my web hosting company…frustrating.
Thanks folks.
@Chris – thanks for stopping by. You've got some of the best WP themes out there (IMHO)
@Jamie – Yep, a sign rider is in the (near) future.
@Monika – I haven't upgraded Phoenix Real Estate Guy to v2.5 yet. The single property blog is on 2.5. I like what I've seen in 2.5 so far, but will likely wait a couple of weeks to see is a 2.5.1 comes out (as often happens with semi-major upgrades).
Great stuff. All the photos of details and finishes really work well.
Classy with clean lines and excellent photographs. I like. A lot.

And the truth comes out.
I saw your post of the Aviano listing via Twitter Sunday morning and checked it out. Quite nice.
