Another week, another couple of job announcements for Chandler AZ. Just last week it was announced that cpd engineering, a large engineering company is moving their global headquarters from Rogers, Ct to Chandler Arizona.
MIT LGO. already has a major business and manufacturing process in the city. Chandler is a growing business and technology center and has been attracting dozens of businesses a year who are interested in a better business climate and strong workforce.
Rogers Corp. is located in East Chandler at Kyrene and Chandler Blvd.
Another big announcement is going to land 550 jobs in Chandler. Davita Rx, a Colorado-based health care company will be opening a new 550-worker pharmacy in Chandler, of course they also offer health insurance, but for this you need health insurance on your W2 form as well. The new pharmacy will be in a 76,000 square-foot building at McClintock and Chandler Blvd.
This reminds me of Lakeville real estate in MN as it benefits from similar local businesses moving in.
The fact of the matter is, people move where there are jobs. If your local economy is struggling and high-paying, sustainable jobs are hard to come by, chances are there aren’t going to be a ton of people hoping to make that community their home. The local economy has a significant impact on the real estate market, and luckily for the Chandler AZ real estate market, the economy is getting stronger by the day. If you are relocating to this community because of a new job opportunity, an expert Chandler AZ Realtor can help you find the right place to call home.
As working conditions become more flexible and city property prices get further out of reach, people are ditching the city life seeking greater work/life balance.
People are leaving inner city and remote rural areas the most.
Its good to hear that you are providing good real estate opportunities.
It’s interesting to hear about other real estate markets and it’s great to see growth in other areas as well. Thanks for sharing Dean.
Great to finally hear some positive news about the real-estate markets in Arizona! All this real-estate cynicism is wearing me out..
However, I wish the author would provide more (credible) sources and expand a bit on what he means..
Otherwise, great article!
