I visited the new Copper Crest neighborhoods today ( 5/16/15 ) while KB Homes was having their model grand opening at the north west corner of Higley and Brown in Mesa. They have three communities at Copper Crest – the Traditions, Enclaves and the Villas. Current ( these will change! ) pricing ranges from $224,900 to $352,490 in these three new home communities. Here are a few photos I shot with my cell phone while looking at the models. I’ll try to get some better photos in the future. You can click to enlarge them. I like the large kitchens, the wide hallways with high ceilings and the fact that some of the homes at Copper Crest have front porches. The charging stations are kind of a cool idea, too!
Cooper Crest is what I would consider an infill product. It’s not “way out in the boonies”, it’s basically surrounded by older, established neighborhoods. I like the fact that it isn’t far from good freeway access, quality schools, plenty of restaurants, minutes from some really nice hiking, biking and walking trails, close to Saguaro Lake and so much more. Here at the Phoenix Real Estate Guy, we are big fans of north east Mesa.
Please contact any member of The Nick Bastian Team today at 602-803-6425 to see any of these homes at Copper Crest.
Remember, we can help yo with ANY other home for sale in the valley, too.
When looking for a home, it is always a good idea to make sure your agent is with you every step of the way!
