Jennifer Kirby in Minneapolis had a post that caught my eye yesterday titled, "Should You Disclose Something That Hasn't Happened?".
Seems there was a post on ActiveRain where the discussion was centering around whether agents should disclose that "abrupt climate change due to global warming" could cause home valuations to decline in costal areas.
Well, the thought of having to disclose some future event that scientific opinion is divided on whether it will even happen seems just a bit silly to me.
So naturally I ventured over to the ActiveRain post to see what the consensus was.
And for the life of me, I can't figure out how I got sucked into a comment "discussion" with some attorney and his wife. Particularly the wife….
Sheese… some might find it entertaining Friday night reading.
And thanks to those AR members who sent support off-line.
