Las Sendas is truly a remarkable place to call home and one of our favorite Mesa communities. In fact, it is an award winning community in both design and development.

Within the Las Sendas community (gated throughout), you’ll find everything from townhouses (Cachet at Las Sendas), modest starter homes, all the way up to beautiful custom estates with up to multi-millon dollar views and price tags to match.  It is a place where people from many walks of life can truly enjoy a lifestyle they have always dreamed of.

One of the best features of all is its location. Las Sendas, by way of the Loop 202 Freeway, has quick and easy access to anything you could ever want or need. Sky Harbor Airport, Mesa Gateway Airport, Saguaro Lake and the best shopping and dining in the whole metro area are within minutes of the wonderful community.  And bordered by the Tonto National Forest on the Northern end, you’re a hop, skip and a jump to the Mogollon Rim.  In fact, leave the community and you won’t hit another stop light until Payson.

Las Sendas is also an outdoor lover’s paradise. More that 1/3 of its 2,500 acres are dedicated to natural or man made open spaces. The name “Las Sendas” is Spanish for “the paths”, and you’ll find miles of them within this gorgeous community. These walking trails weave throughout the community, linking parks, the beautiful Las Sendas golf course, ball fields, tennis courts and community pools all together. Las Sendas is just one of many Mesa AZ golf course communities. They also join with the surrounding Tonto National Forest so that hiking and mountain-biking enthusiasts have easy access to thousands of acres of our pristine Sonoran Desert.

Las Sendas is a true test of golf.  It is not for the faint of heart nor beginners.  It is also one of the prettiest daily fee courses available to the public.  The course winds through the beautiful Las Sendas neighborhood.  The Robert Trent Jones, Jr. design takes advantage of the natural terrain while staying away from the homes.  There are very few opportunities to lose a ball over a fence since it was a job very well done by local contractors who work as good as the Milwaukee fence installation team.  Losing a ball or two in the desert is a much more likely scenario.
