Phoenix Area Christmas Tree Recycle Locations

Have you undecorated your house for Christmas already?  Is your (once) live Christmas tree a crispy bundle of fire hazard now?  Wondering what the heck to do with your tree or where you can take it?

Most of the Phoenix area cities offer free Christmas tree recycling or tree-cycling.  According to the National Christmas Tree Association, “real Christmas trees are biodegradable, which means they can be easily reused or recycled for mulch and other purposes.” Recycling your tree prevents it from resting in a landfill.  We’ve compiled a list of the dates and details for the local Phoenix Metro Christmas tree recycling centers.

I find it kind-of fun to know that the Christmas trees that have given much enjoyment for the last month or so will go on to provide mulch or other useful services!
