So you think you want a golf course property in Phoenix or Chandler? Maybe you do, but do you know what you need to be worried about? In this video I will show you.
What to know when looking at golf course homes
The first thing you need to do when checking out golf course homes is look at the back yard and where it is in relation to the tee box and the green. Are you somewhere that the ball is going to come flying in to or are you somewhere a little more safe.
Another thing to look at is the house itself. Does the house have more scars than a 15 year old boy with acne, or is it a clear as a baby’s bottom?
Also, if you are are somewhere that you think you may be in the line of direction of golf balls take a look at trees and see if any of them are strategically placed in the way of where any slice or hooks would be coming from.
Almost any house on a golf course is in some danger of being hit by golf balls, but some will be at a much higher risk than others.
