Provinces Chandler AZ

The Provinces in Chandler AZ was the first master planned community in the City of Chandler. Located in North Chandler’s 85225 zip code, The Provinces is still a much-desired community for families due to the convenient location and the top rated Chandler Unified school systems.

At the center of the community is Safeway and a Dignity Health emergency center on the corner of McQueen and Ray Rd.

The Provinces is one of the larger communities in the Chandler area.

What I love about The Provinces:

The location is close to both the 202 and 101 freeways making it very convenient for residents. It also has a Fry’s and a Safeway within a 3-4 minute drive. Just a five-minute drive away is the historic Downtown Chandler. We also enjoy the many parks that are in close proximity to the neighborhood.

Another great thing about the area is the proximity to walking trails. Just outside the community to the east is the Heritage Trail. The Heritage trail runs along the canal and can lead to miles and miles of  fun for off road riding for cyclists, roller bladers or runners.

And with Rosati’s pizza and the Hot Wok Chinese right there at the corner of Ray and McQueen so good hot food is always right around the corner. While both Rosati’s and Hot Wok may not look like much from the outside, go check out the food, you will not be disappointed.

And if you like sports bars, Skip and Jan’s is one we like and it’s just around the corner.
