Phoenix has a HUGE July 4th fireworks show and a really big celebration!
The “Fabulous Phoenix 4th will feature one of the largest fireworks displays in the Southwest. The free and non-alcoholic family event annually attracts 100,000-plus participants. Included in this year’s event will be two stages featuring local entertainers, a variety of vendors offering festival-style food and beverage, arts and crafts, interactive exhibits and a classic car display. Youth activites, rides and inflatables, and a water spray zone will be part of Kids World.”

Tempe Town Lake:
Tempe has an amazing July 4th fireworks display to celebrate the Independence Day with “the best fireworks display in the Valley shot from the Mill Avenue bridge.”
Children 12 and under are free. Entry is free for anyone showing a current military ID. Tickets will be on sale through July 4, 2015 at all Fry’s stores for $6 each or select Tempe area locations for $5. Tickets will be $8 at the gate or $15 for two (until sold out). This is a huge event and traffic and parking can be tough The city of Tempe recommends that you ride the light rail to the fireworks show.
