Are you a Phoenix homeowner facing foreclosure or a short sale? Maybe you are looking at an increase in your adjustable rate mortgage?
The Arizona State Escrow Association in conjunction with the Better Business Bureau, Arizona Department of Financial Institutions and the Arizona Mortgage Lenders’ Association is hosting a community assistance event that may have some of the help you need.
You can meet with a counselor from Take Charge America (a non-profit credit counseling organization), participate in mini-sessions on things like adjustable rate loans, foreclosure/homeowner eviction, short sales, scams, tax implications and second mortgages/credit impact.
This event is free, no RSVP is required.
