A Community Comes Together
The outpouring of support in the wake of the tragic death of Highland High School student Kelly Tracy has been nothing short of amazing. Kelly, a 16 year old sophomore at Highland was killed by a drunk driver on Saturday morning, November 15. Anyone that's read this blog over the past week knows the tragedy that befell Kelly Tracy and her family last Saturday.
