Jay's Opine: Home sales data for June was just released, and of course the media is all over it, proclaiming doom and gloom for the entire Phoenix market. New Luxury Condo Development in Mesa, AZ
Mesa isn't exactly known for their luxury condo market (though east Mesa has some stunning homes). Redevelopment in this part of Mesa is badly needed in my opinion.
