Here we go again... I've written about this several times, but it bears repeating. Home sellers, you need to review how your home is being presented in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and online. One of our clients found a new listing today that may meet their needs. Realtor Feet: A Quick Photography Lesson. Or, a Tribute to Athol Kay
Back in the day, a real estate agent in Connecticut by the name of Athol Kay used to post a series labeled, “Bad MLS Photo of the Day”. Athol would combine a typically awful photo actually found in a MLS (Multiple Listing System) with a witty caption. Athol has since left real estate, but his legacy lives on.
