Look Ma, back-to-back posts welcoming new agents to Thompson’s Realty! Yes, Marty Boardman’s reign as “The New Guy” barely lasted 2 days”¦
We are super excited to introduce Stacey Valada, the latest agent to join our expanding real estate brokerage nestled here in the Valley of the Sun.
Stacey comes to us from Elite Realty and has been licensed since 2007.
She is, for all practical purposes, a Phoenix area native having grown up here since she was two. Stacey got her B.S. in Exercise Science from Arizona State University. We like having ASU grads help keep the scales tipped in the proper direction against our agents who graduated from U of A (we still love you folks too though).
Stacey worked in the fitness industry for 10 years and still, “loves kick-butt workouts”. Man I can so relate to that”¦ *cough*.
Stacey got into real estate because she is an investor herself, and she managed to complete six fix-and-flips in her portfolio last year.
She is also, get this, a professional cake decorator and works at Caketini in San Tan Village honing her craft. Yes, that’s her work to your left.
Fitness buff and cake decorator, with a splash of real estate. It’s an interesting combination.
In addition to workouts, Stacey enjoys reading, going to the beach in Del Mar (now we’re talking!) and yes ”“ she takes her work home with her and enjoys baking and decorating just for fun.
Married less than two years, Stacey considers herself a newlywed and is about to begin the journey of having a family.
And oddly, like several other Thompson’s Realty agents (self included), she seems to have an affinity for animals. She and her husband have three cats and are in the market for a Cane Corso Mastiff. Stacey’s love of animals leads her to working with the Humane Society and trying to find homes for abandoned animals.
She’s going to fit right in.
Please join me in welcoming Stacey Valada to Thompson’s Realty!
Best wishes to Stacey and TR! It will be a happy collaboration going forward.
